If you take a step back and look what everyone is actually pumping into their bodies, it might become a bit frightening. On the other hand, who wants to give up their addictions?

This picture was spawned from a different idea that didn't work out at first. I had wanted to glue the syringes onto the bottle, but between the leaking and the sucky glue job, it just didn't work out. But with a little help from my brother, I did manage to get one shot that I liked.
Work done in Photoshop: Highlighted the colors of the hand, syringe, and bottle, desaturated the rest. The background had heavy contrast work done to it, hence the slightly grainy look. Also a little bit of cropping, the border, and my name.
drinking coke is probably the one think in my life i used to be addicted to..
i am glad that phase is over now
its too bad we can't life our life backwards because then when we are kids we will try to do everything we want to do and take care of our bodies (sorry if thats a bit abstract)
I do agree that it seems like we should age backwards. Be old first, and get all of that out of our way, and then end our lives as happy little children. It seems like that would be a way better way to go.
Pop is so easy to get addicted to. It comes conveniently in a can, tastes good, has caffeine. I try to limit myself, but sometimes it gets a little hard...

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
