Your Daily Dose

I think that pop and caffeine in general are quite the problem for a lot of people. I've just recently cut down on my pop intake, and I feel better for it. I use to drink a Mountain Dew everyday I worked third shift since I thought it would help me through the night, but in reality, I didn't need it. I switched to water and did just fine.

It was quite the trick to make sure the pop didn't leak out before I could get it all set up.
